I love tunics! You can wear them with leggings and they great. They are simple to jazz up by adding a nifty corsage, patterned leggings, great flat shoes and with some fabby bangles there is so much you can do with them. I am just about to start uni and I have already bought plenty because they are comfy, cute and really easy to update.
I always hate when people are way overdone for during the day; too much make up and over styling simply looks to try hard. I once worked with someone that could never step out the house without looking her very best, that suited her but for me I think looking a little more casual and ‘girl next door’ is nicer. Fresh make-up, loose hair and a simple but trendy outfit looks fab. Pair with a large tote bag and you are good to go.
My favourite tunics are;
1. Dorothy Perkins is knocking the trends out of the field this summer, I think I may be a little in love! These may not look much on a hanger but pop one on and give it ago. Add some layered beads, leggings or corsage if you want to dress it up for hitting the pub.
This grey tunic is super cute and skims the line between casual and dressy well. Perfect for a day and evening out when you don’t have time to change!
2. I love this floral tunic from fashionUnion.co.uk its really cute and is pretty much your whole outfit. I would limit the accessorising and just pair with some nice flat shoes. Laid back at its best.
3. This simple white tunic is great for summer and for an all day BBQ or for heading to uni. Its feminine but wearable, keep your hair and make up simple to avoid looking orange next to the pristine white.
